Panaderia Ecuatoriana Charito started as a dream to share the flavors of Ecuador with the Minneapolis community. What began as weekend gatherings and recipes passed down from family has grown into a neighborhood staple — a place where the smell of fresh bread greets you at the door and everyone knows your name.
Everything we make follows the same approach our family has used for generations: quality ingredients, patience, and the kind of care that comes from cooking for people you love. Our empanadas are folded by hand every morning. Our bread rises slowly. Our soups simmer all day.
